Me too!!!

All I basically did was change my eating patterns. I am not a dieter at all and always find that I munch a lot when I try. So instead, I changed from eating 3 huge meals a day to eating 5-6 smaller postion meals a day. Tummy is always digesting so it increases your metabolism. Of course, you have to eat a bit more healthy, but I can still eat pizza and McDonald's - just not as much! ;)

Exercise helped too. I found that I liked tae-bo and kickboxing - so I got me a Billy Blanks tape and took a kickboxing class. I still do tae-bo every once in a while....
